He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold P. Ruscoe and Mildred S. Ruscoe. He is survived by: his siblings, David, Catherine Ray of Marshfield, MA and Tricia Bynum (Jim) of Berthoud, CO; his aunt Carol Lusby (Alan); and his uncle Frank Sporie. He is also survived by 1 nephew and 3 nieces.
