He was predeceased by: his wife Annamae Joanne Beckmann Grossman; his parents, Jacob Grossman and Bella Grossman (Seidenberg); and his son Kenneth. He is survived by: his children, John Grossman (Tina Corning), David Grossman (Shrei) and Amy Katriel (Ron); his grandchildren, Melissa Grossman, Lisa Coates (Joe), Eli Katriel (Ari McVeigh) and Kit Katros (Phoebe); his great grandchildren, Jacob, Emma, Hannah Rockafellow, Ava and Trevor Coates; and his sister Ruth Karter. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dr. Grossman's memory to the Newtown Volunteer Ambulance Association or Regional Hospice of Western Connecticut.
