He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Guzallis and Lena Guzallis (Adamo); and his brothers, Peter and Robert Guzallis. He is survived by: his wife Edith Guzallis (Brignola); his sons, Andrew P. Guzallis (Jenela), Jon J. Guzallis (Linda) and Christopher Guzallis (Shelley); his granddaughter Laura Guzallis (Bryan Kaehler) of Costa Rica; his brother David Guzallis; and his grandchildren, Stephen, Michael, David, Addie, Hutch and Olivia.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Knights of Columbus of St. Bridget of Kildare, 47 West High St. East Hampton, CT 06424.
