He is survived by: his children, Charlotte and Girard Antonino; his parents, John Antonino and Linda Antonino; his siblings, Jennifer Bracciale (Rocco), Christopher (Leanne) and Marc Antonino (Katelyn); his nieces and nephews, John Edwin, Jamison, Antonina, Brady Wenc, Christopher, Layla, Summer, Lily, John Preston and Annie Antonino; the mother of his children Margaux Antonino; his caregiver Kevin; Nancy "Meme" Condon.
