He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Bissell and Jean Bissell; his wife Janice Carlson; his children, Adam Bissell (Sarah) of Nottingham, NH and Stacie Bissell-Tanguay (Jeff) of East Lyme; his grandchildren, Taylor (Steven) and Nicholas; and his siblings, Bob, Mike, Gene Bissell and Kathleen Rees. He was also cherished by his nieces and nephews.
