He was predeceased by: his parents, Magdalene Toth (Kovacs) and Stephen Toth; his wife JoAn (Ciavaglia); his brothers, Steve (Mary), Fred (Pearl), Bill (Doris), Frank (Helen) and Ernie; his stepmother Christine Toth; and his stepbrothers, Alex (Elise), Joey and Louie.
He is survived by: his children, Becky Trutter (Tom) of New Britain, Mark Toth (Nicole) of East Lyme and Eric Toth of Newington; his grandchildren, Aiden and Carissa Toth; his cousin Alex Toth (Jan) of Shelton; his sister-in-law Elaine Wisthoff of Pueblo, CO; and his close friend Lorraine Florio-Olson of Old Lyme. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
