He is survived by: his daughter Nicole McCollum (Richard); his grandchildren, Cameron, Ryan Antley and Hannah Arevalo (Cesar); his great grandchild Isabela Rose; his brother Thomas Pisani (Ann); his cousin Pam; and his friend Bob Foran.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the Alzheimer's Association, in honor of Matt's life in recognition of the illness he faced with courage and grace.
