He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lane England and Elizabeth Hart McHenry Covey; his wife Radha Jill Richmond-Covey; his sons, Matthew Fray Covey (Queens) of Astoria and Mark Lane Covey; his daughter-in-law Angela; his grandson Nathan of Springhill, KS.; his stepdaughter Riva Thel Richmond of Rockaway Beach, NY; and his brothers, Jock Covey of Washington, DC and Michael Covey of Wentzville, MO..
