He is survived by: his stepdaughter Shelby Birch (Bobby Karcher); his daughter Jessica Marie (Oliver Banks); his wife Barbara (Birch) of Niantic; his daughter Alyssa (Dillon Winkler); his grandchildren, Mason, Ainsley Winkler, Savannah Birch and Maddox Karcher; his brother Kevin Callahan; his mother Linda Levine (Phil); and his sister Rachael Levine (Nelson).
