We are sad to announce that on November 20, 2023, at the age of 76, Sheila Sullivan Blair of Niantic, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Sullivan and Elinor Devanney Sullivan; and her siblings, Maura Sullivan and Robert Sullivan Jr.. She is survived by : her husband Wayne Blair; her sons, Robert Blair (Katherine) of East Lyme, Christopher Blair (Cassandra) of Port Orange, FL and David Blair (Jennifer) of Edgewater, FL; and her sister Susan Sullivan of Sarasota, FL. She is also survived by three grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to a charity for special needs would be appreciated by Sheila's family.
