He was loved and cherished by many people including: his former wife Nancy; his wife Dale; his daughter Jennifer Penn (Phillip); his grandsons, Joseph and Alexander Penn; his sister Barbara Morgan; and his parents, Charles Ryley and Ethel Ryley (Allen). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
