He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. Michaud and Genevieve Lowry Michaud. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his daughter Meredith Michaud Hargus (Matthew); his grandchildren, Michael Michaud (Elizabeth), Hannah and Nolan Hargus; and his siblings, Francis Foucault (David), Shirley Pickering (James) and Richard Michaud (Rachel). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Byles Groton Memorial (310 Thames St, Groton, CT 06340). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Mary Mother of the Redeemer Church (1 Groton Long Point Rd, Groton, CT 06340).
