It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Peter G. Mulville of Norfolk, Connecticut, born in Winsted, Connecticut, who passed away on July 16, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Teresa Rose Mulville (Segalla); his parents, Gerald Mulville and Helen Mulville (Carroll); and his siblings, Patricia Nielsen, Michael Mulville and Carroll Mulville.

He is survived by : his friend Ronnie Zanobi; his daughters, Kathy Van Valen (Bruce) of Torrington, Karen Mulville of Denver, Debbie Athorn (John) of Fairfield and Colleen Poole (Bob) of Winsted; and his grandchildren, Ryan Deasy, Conor Deasy, Chelsea Athorn, Lauren Gentile (Matt) and Dana Athorn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Charitable contributions may be made to the Norfolk Lions Club Ambulance or the Norfolk Volunteer Fire Department.

Shirley Robbins wrote a sympathy message

“I have just received notice of Peters' passing. I wish to convey my condolences to his family and to all who knew him there in Norfolk all these years. I have known Pete all my life. Our families were close friends. In fact his family seemed like family to me. I am the oldest daughter of Cecil and Elizabeth Dyer. I last saw him in 2018 in Norfolk. He was a wonderful person. Whenever I came back to Norfolk, I would make sure I saw him. He will not be forgotten. Shirley Dyer Robbins.”
