He was predeceased by : his wife Theresa Acampora Cappetta; his parents, Joseph and Filomena Vece Cappetta; his great-grandparent Big Pop Pop; and his siblings, Peter, Edward, William, Joseph, Aldo, Eleanor, Carmel Cappetta and Adeline DelNegra.
He is survived by : his children, Cynthia Johnson (Gary), Joseph Cappetta (Melinda), Claudia Giulietti (James), Arthur Cappetta, Jr. (Diane) and Richard Cappetta (Theresa); and his grandchildren, Carleigh Schultz (Robert), Rebecca Rivera (Sam), Paul Cappetta (Danielle), Benjamin Johnson (Brenna), Kimberly Ranciato (Josh), Molly Johnson and Rhiannon Cappetta (David Turco MD). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
