We bid farewell to Elizabeth H. Smith of North Branford, Connecticut, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 10, 2024 at the age of 97. Elizabeth touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Elizabeth may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Elizabeth touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Healy and Agnes Healy of Ansonia, CT.; her grandmother Betty; and her sister Eileen Craft. She is survived by : her husband William "Bill" Smith Jr. of North Branford; her children, Brian Smith (Penny) of North Branford, Robert Smith of Newington and Elizabeth Leng of Plainville; and her sister Marguerite Forsyth (Lynn) of Charlottesville, VA. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
