She was predeceased by: her mother Kim Kapustinski. She is survived by: her spouse T. J. Dugay; her father Joseph J. Kapustinski; and her brothers, Jeffrey Kapustinski and James Kapustinski (Jenn). She is also survived by many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
