It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian James Phillips of North Granby, Connecticut, born in Norwich, Connecticut, who passed away on December 26, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his wife Jennifer; his children, Jennifer Chapman (Benjamin), Kristen Sullivan (Richard), Abigail, Andrew, Elsie and James; his grandchildren, Madison, Henry, Cameron and Lucas; his parents, James Phillips (Gary Maggard) and Judy Arth (John Barghout); and his siblings, David Phillips (Benz), Elizabeth Phillips (Dennis Ciurcina), Jason Arth (Meredith) and Allison Francis (David). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
