He was predeceased by: his parents, Fiore Mazzetta and Geda F. Morro Mazzetta; and his brother Richard Mazzetta. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Smittner Mazzetta; his daughter Jennifer Dahill; his child-in-law Brenden Dahill; and his grandsons, Anthony and Cole Ansaldo.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, PO Box 50, Memphis, TN 38101-9929.
