With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Travers Scheidecker of North Haven, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 25, 2025 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Travers and Mary Dickens Travers; her son Robert A. Scheidecker; and her stepfather Theodore Schwarz. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Tosetti (William) and Lisa DeGrand (Joseph); her granddaughters, Lisa Thorpe (Christopher), Kristen Mazziotti (James), Marissa Volpe and Jenna Volpe (Robert Ralston); and her great grandchildren, Tyler Thorpe, Josh Thorpe, Sean Thorpe, Jacob Mace, James Mazziotti and Sara Mazziotti.
