Kordek (Ashlyn); his grandchildren, Amelia, Owen and Isaac Rice; his sisters, Sandra Hayes and Anita Kordek; and his caregiver Destiny. He is also survived by his many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law and countless nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
