He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Affinito Holycross; his children, Ryan Holycross (Paula Novak) and Aimee Holycross (Jhon Forero); his granddaughter Emily Forero; and his siblings, Susan Bayes (Malcom), Patricia Holycross, Christopher Holycross, Brian Holycross (Tammie), Paula Rappa Weaver, Richard Rappa (Cindy) and George Rappa (Jo). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
