He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Izzo and Maria Baldino. He is survived by: his wife Angela Capriglione Izzo; his siblings, Giacomo, Joseph Izzo, Giovanna Nacca and Stefano of Italy; his children, Maria Izzo (Jimmy), Anthony Izzo (Corri) and Domenic Izzo; and his grandchildren, Mason, Luca Izzo and Jessica Davies. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
