He was predeceased by: his siblings, Louise DeVito, James "Buzz" Bizzario Jr., Alex Bizzario and Salvatore Lettieri. He is survived by: his significant other Jean Caneschi; his sons, James Bizzario (Stacy) of Wallingford and John Bizzario (Leslie) of Durham; his grandchildren, Marissa, Michael, Olivia, Anthony and Isabella Bizzario; his great grandchild Max Bizzario; and his siblings, Joanne Tondalo (Sam) of East Haven, Dolores Podany (Gary) of Wallingford, Michael Bizzario (Josephine) of East Haven and Frank Bizzario of Hamden.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Pio of Pietrelcina Parish in Our Lady of Pompeii Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
