She was predeceased by: her parents, Elton James Ellsworth and Cecelia Frances McGlauglin Ellsworth; her sister Roberta; and her brother-in-law Gene Trafton. She is survived by: her husband Peter R. D'Agostino; her children, Peter R. D'Agostino, Jr and Carri-Ann D'Agostino (Michael Tenedine); her brother James Ellsworth (Mary); and her pets, C. C., Lexi, Tucker and Emma. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
