With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Helen King McKiernan of North Haven, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 25, 2025 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Helen King McKiernan to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas King and Alice Garcia King; and her siblings, Edward (Thail King), Thomas "Bud" (Alma "Bunny" King), Ann "Nancy" (Biaggio "Benny" Amendola) and Alice "Sis" (Vincent Novikas).
She is survived by: her husband John McKiernan Sr.; and her children, John McKiernan (Patricia), Thomas McKiernan (Brenda) and Kathleen Peckham. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the North Haven Funeral Home (36 Washington Ave, North Haven, CT 06473). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the All Saints Cemetery (700 Middletown Ave, North Haven, CT 06473).
