As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Jeffrey may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He is survived by: his parents, Rafael Amengual and Iris Violet González (Cruz) of Jensen Beach, FL.; his fiancée Jeannie Julia Rodríguez; his daughter Alexandra Pombo of New Jersey; and his grandchildren, Madison Luna and Johnathan Mejia, Jr.. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Washington Memorial Funeral Home (4 Washington Ave, North Haven, CT 06473). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Therese Church (St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Parish) (555 Middletown Ave, North Haven, CT 06473).
