Welch (John); her grandchildren, Evan Welch (Chelsey), Laura Welch, Elise Fitzgerald, Megan Tortoriello (Patrick) and Madalynn Fitzgerald; and her sister Judith Hand (William). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
