He was predeceased by: his wife Helen King McKiernan; and his parents, John McKiernan and Mildred Farrington McKiernan. He is survived by: his children, John McKiernan (Patricia), Thomas McKiernan (Brenda) and Kathleen Peckham; and his sister Maureen Battaini (Steve).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the North Haven Funeral Home (36 Washington Ave, North Haven, CT 06473). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the All Saints Cemetery (700 Middletown Ave, North Haven, CT 06473).
