She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Corso and Lucy Corso (Vitale); her brothers, James N. Corso Sr. and Richard Corso; her husband Frederick S. Pettit; and her son Charles.
She is survived by: her sister Adele Corso of Rocky Hill, Connecticut.; her sons, Nicholas Pettit, Theodore Pettit (Carrie) and John Pettit (Kathy); her grandchildren, Shenandoah Avalos (Alex), Savannah, Nathaniel, Charlie, Matthew, Grace, Daniel and Zachary; her great grandchild Lyra Avalos; her family, Susan, Diane, Beata, Maureen and Barbara; and her son Charlie.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Charles Andrew Pettit Scholarship.
