The passing of Margaret DeMarco (North Haven, Connecticut), born in Brookline, Massachusetts leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on April 28, 2024 at the age of 98. She was predeceased by : her husband Frank DeMarco; her parents, Peter W. King and Mary Butterfield King; her siblings, Peter King, Edward Meagher, George King, Harriet Sandillo and Dorothy Burns; her grandson Anthony Chialastri; and her former life partner Mario Giamo.

She is survived by : her children, Edward DeMarco (Eileen), John DeMarco (Carol) and Rose Chialastri (Anthony); her brothers, Donald King (Livia) and Robert King (Maryann); and her grandchildren, Joel, Michael, Frank, David Chialastri, Leah Saunders, Jason DeMarco, Joseph Cocheran, Kelly Bafumi, Edward and Sherri DeMarco. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, niece and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Havens Family North Haven Funeral Home (36 Washington Ave, North Haven, CT 06473). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
