It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie T. Romano of North Haven, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on June 10, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Romano, Sr.; her parents, Vincent Discepola and Lucy Paolillo Discepola; her son Joseph Romano, Jr.; and her sibling Jeanettte Turcio.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Romano (Kathleen Condon), Debra Young (Bernard), Lucy Moran (Thomas) and Mary Gello (Gary); her grandsons, Joseph Romano III and Brian Young; and her siblings, Susan Capasso, Michael Discepola, Albert Discepola and Elaine Magliulo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
