He was predeceased by: his wife Winifred "Peggy" Regan (Jensen); his parents, Martin Regan and Jeannine Regan; his brothers, Robert Regan and Dennis Regan; and his siblings-in-law, Marion Regan, Ethel Eddy, Alice Montgomery, Gladys Jensen, Edgar Jensen, Norman Eddy and David Montgomery.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Andrews (Jeff) of Wallingford, Kim McGowan of Wallingford and Kelley O'Brien (Daniel) of Milford; his brother Thomas Regan (Carol); his sister-in-law Rosalyn "Cookie" Regan; his grandchildren, Erin Riley (Daniel) of Wallingford, Samantha Garbatini (Steven) of Wallingford and Martin Pankosky of New Haven; and his great grandchildren, Oscar, Reese Riley and Jack Garbatini. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
