We are sad to announce that, on April 15, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Noel M. Pagan of North Haven, Connecticut. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Noel may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Irma Pagan, and Joseph A. Pagan, Jr.; and his aunt Gloria Pagan. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Van Steenbergen Pagan; his sisters, Desiree Willis (Ronald), Ronda McGowan (Hammish) and Janice Goodrich (Don); and his uncle Rev. Richard Pagan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
