Though Phyliss may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph DeFelice and Mary Capasso DeFelice. She is survived by: her sister Rosa; her husband Tony; and her children, Tom Giuliano, Sarah Mitchell (Scott) and Joe Giuliano (Kelly). She is also survived by her six grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the North Haven Funeral Home (36 Washington Ave, North Haven, CT 06473). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
