She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Kenneth Bissell; her parents, Evangeline Hines Freer and Gerard Wesley Freer; and her brother Gerard W. Freer Jr.. She is survived by: her sister Phyllis Freer McCarthy (Dewey Beach, MD); her sons, William Kenneth Bissell (Elizabeth) of Lafayette, CA and Raymond Gerard (Michele); and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Kenneth Bissell (Julianna) of San Rafael, CA, Matthew Moran Bissell of Lafayette, CA and Jacey Helen Bissell (Brendon Johnson) of Niantic. She is also survived by her mother back to live with her family.
