Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Janet Fairchild of Northfield, Connecticut, who passed away at the age of 100, on December 2, 2020. She was predeceased by : her husband Harold J. Fairchild of Northfield; her parents, Robert R. Wilson and Mary M. Wilson (Somerville); and her brother James S. Wilson of Thomaston. She is survived by : her sons, Kenneth of New Hampshire, Joel and David of Northfield; her pet Murphy; and also Maria Campos. She is also survived by wives; 6 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
Having to learn American English at a young age, she became and remained an avid reader and requested donations in her memory be made to Friends of the Thomaston Public Library, 248 Main Street, Thomaston CT 06787.
