He is survived by : his parents, Thomas Lombard and Shelley Lombard (LaClair) of Torrington, CT; his fiancée Dawn Hughes of Northfield; his brother Brian Lombard (Jessica) of Mooresboro, NC; and his nephew Brian Lombard Jr. of Thomaston, CT..
