It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Audrey T. Whalen Roessler of Northford, Connecticut, who passed away on October 21, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert; her son Matthew; her mother Edna Whalen; and her siblings, Thomas, Robert, Douglas, Mary, Christine and Edna.
She is survived by: her daughters, Katherine Stevens, Elizabeth Roessler (Rita Rienzo) and Cynthia Roessler; her daughter-in-law Laura Roessler; her friend Carol Sheffs; and her parent Thomas Whalen. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keenan Funeral Home - North Branford (330 Notch Hill Rd, North Branford, CT 06471). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Augustine Church (30 Caputo Rd, North Branford, CT 06471).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Food Pantry of North Branford or to the charity of your choice.
