He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Frost and Eileen L. Kinney Frost. He is survived by: his spouse Leslie Grunies Frost; his child Jenilee Mullin (Gregory); his siblings, Doreen Vasil, Patricia Spinello (Lawrence) and Kevin Frost (Pamela); his former wife Lenore Salomon (Jeffrey); and his sister-in-law Gayle. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and one grandnephew and several grandnieces.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in David's memory to Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale New Haven, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and the David Frost Prize Fund at Hamden Hall Country Day School, a scholarship supporting students who wish to pursue the art of photography.
