He is survived by: his wife Janice Stephens Provost; his children, Jeffrey Provost (Shauna), Lindsay DeMartino (Chris), Robert Provost, Jr. (Jennifer) and Shannon Ortiz (Jesse); his grandchildren, Logan, Bradley DeMartino, Hilary Kopp (Tom), Megan, Kevin Provost (Andrea) and Katie Botz (Nicholas); his great grandchild Mahalia Provost; and his sister Sandy Ricciuti. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
