She was predeceased by: her parents, Sophia Hamalidis (Papadopoulos) and Stellios Hamalidis; her brothers, Xristos (Kaiti) and Theodoros Hamalidis (Georgia); the father of her children Alex Koletsos; and her brothers-in-law, Loukas Koletsos (Athina) and George (Frideriki Koletsos).
She is survived by: her sisters, Chrissi Kyriakidis and Dimitra Petridis (Andreas); her children, Alex Koletsos Jr., Rose Koletsos, Andreas Koletsos and Sophia Guzman; her son-in-law Christopher Guzman; her granddaughters, Alexandra, Ioulia Guzman and Yiayia; and her siblings-in-law, Stergios Koletsos (Sofia) and Athina Koletsos (Loukas). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. George Greek Orthodox Church (238 W Rocks Rd, Norwalk, CT 06851). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM. Parking instructions for services at the church: Due to the parking lot being in use during this time, please turn on Bayne Street and use the lot at the Lighthouse Baptist Church on 4 Bayne Street to park.
