With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alois John Hockenbeck of Norwalk, Connecticut, born in New York, New York, who passed away on January 24, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Max Hockenbeck and Hedwig Englin Hockenbeck; and his daughter Jill Hockenbeck. He is survived by : his wife Diane Galella Hockenbeck; his children, Keith Hockenbeck (Maureen) and Laura Hockenbeck (Gregory Olear); his granddaughters, Grace Hockenbeck (Brian Riley) and Melanie Hockenbeck; his sister Mary Ann Wassner; his sister-in-law Renee Lukaniec (William); his nieces and nephews, Raymond Wassmer, Thomas Wassmer, Megan Lukaniec, Erinne Bugge and Michael Lukaniec (Ashley); and his former life partner June Hockenbeck.
