Anthony John Armentano Obituary
It is will great sadness that we announce that Anthony John Armentano passed away unexpectedly on June 29, 2026 at the age of 53. He was born in Norwalk on July 16, 1972 to David and Angela (Pinto) Armentano.
He was the Associate Director of Council Performance for the Knights of Columbus.
He leaves behind his beloved mother Angela Armentano as well as many friends and everyone in his Knights of Columbus family. He was predeceased by his father David Armentano in 2017.
Anthony was an active member of St. Matthew Church in Norwalk, serving as an Usher and Reader for many years. He was a proud member and Past Grand Knight of Knights of Columbus St. Matthew Council 14360, a Trustee for Knights of Columbus Bishop Fenwick Assembly 100, a District Deputy for the Knights of Columbus CT State Council and a team member for the CT District Fourth Degree.
Along with the Knights and his family and friends, Anthony loved the New York Yankees and Iona Basketball.
A visitation will be held on Monday July 6, 2026 from 4-7 pm at Magner Funeral Home 12 Mott Ave. Norwalk, CT. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday July 7, 2026 10:00 am at St. Matthews Church 216 Scribner Ave. Norwalk. Interment will be held privately.
