Beatrice Voutsinas Obituary
Beatrice F. Voutsinas, survived by her loving husband, Harry Voutsinas, passed away peacefully at Norwalk Hospital on Tuesday, November 18th, 2025. She was born in Queens Village, New York, the daughter of Harry and Beatrice Fisher. She was raised in Queens Village and graduated from the College of New Rochelle in 1958. She was a teacher and spent most of her teaching career as the Art Teacher at Central Catholic High School in Norwalk, CT. She was also very active at her parish of St. Jerome Roman Catholic Church where she was a eucharistic minister along with making banners for the church and baptismal bibs for Baptisms.
She is the beloved mother to Peter (wife Nancy), David (wife Jennifer), Dawn (husband Robert), Jill (husband Daniel) and beloved grandmother to Jacqueline (husband Reece), James (engaged to Tiffanie), Thomas (girlfriend Katy), Daniel (girlfriend Kerriann) Jessica (husband Alex), Celeste, Kevin, Ryan (girlfriend Alyssa), Hannah, and Ally (boyfriend Alex). Her 10 grandchildren were her pride and joy, and she treasured spending time with each one of them.
She is also survived by her sister Rosemary who she remained very close with for her entire life.
Betty's family will receive relatives and friends at Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Ave. Norwalk, CT, on Friday, November 21st, from 5 to 8 PM, and a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, November 22nd 10 AM at St. Jerome Roman Catholic Church, 23 Half Mile Rd. Norwalk, CT.
