He was predeceased by: his wife Anna; his parents, Lorenzo Guarnieri and Rose Guarnieri (Scarinzi); and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his children, Roseann Guarnieri Hoffman (Wilson "Chip"), Lawrence "Larry" Guarnieri, Carmine Guarnieri Jr. and Matthew Guarnieri; and his stepgrandchildren, Dustin Hoffman Hoffman (Mariate), Carol Hoffman Smallwood (Gayland) and Dawn Hoffman. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Matthew's Church (216 Scribner Ave, Norwalk, CT 06854).
Ln lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Carmine's honor to Treasure Coast Hospice, Tunnel to Towers Foundation, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
