He was predeceased by: his parents, Coedell Blitz "Red" Paul and Clotella Olivia Williams; his stepfather Ed Williams; and his sister Adrianne. He is survived by: his wife Althea C. Simpson (Thompson) of Norwalk; and his children, Chachanna, Coedell and Rachel. He is also survived by four siblings.
