He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Bradley Card Sr. and Irene Lengyel Card; his daughter Christine Card; and his siblings, Stephen Card Sr., Leon "Brad" Card, Mary Larmore and Delores Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine DeFlorio Card; his children, Everett Card Jr. (Patty), Lisa Mercurio, Barbara Thivierge and Bryan Card (Jamie); his grandchildren, Jennifer Webb Miller, William Webb, Michelle Card and Everett Card III; and his great grandchildren, Joshua, Everett IV, Abigail and Penelope. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
