He was predeceased by: his father Carmine Siano. He is survived by: his wife Dana; his daughters, Lillian and Francesca; his mother Ann Siano; his siblings, Gracie Sassano (Rob) and Domenick Siano (Stacie); his nieces and nephews, Juliana, Robert Sassano, Giada and Carmine Siano; his parents-in-law, Nancy and Jeff Orkins; and his sister-in-law Nicole Orkins. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the Go Fund Me for his girls.
