He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Chadwick and Katherine Chadwick; his wife Sheila Brass; and his sisters, Katherine, Elizabeth and Margaret.
He is survived by: his sons, Harris, Michael, Stephen and Benjamin; his daughters-in-law, Kyoko, Masami and Jessie; and his grandchildren, Elisabeth, Alex, Claudia, Dexter, Lionel and Oliver. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
