“To Shawn, Kipp, Frankie, and Jason: We are deeply sorry to learn about Joan’s death. She was our neighbor for over 30 years. We shared a love of dogs, and Joan sometimes watched our dog Spike for us. She offered good advice when we needed it. We will miss her. Lynne Coll and Jeff Cooper”
